Femi is the Chief Executive Officer of Mbraiz Innovations Limited, Mbraiz Facility Management Limited and Xcellentluk Limited, all part of the household name now referred to as the Mbraiz Group of Companies. His vision to see other young entrepreneurs grow gave birth to the annual Emerge Conference which convenes every year alongside the celebration of the founding anniversary of Mbraiz Innovations Limited.

Femi is a global Conference Speaker and a motivational speaker who walks the talk He is skilled in Strategy Planning, Strategy Development, Negotiation, Property Development, and Property Consultancy. He is a graduate of Accounting, a Certified Real Estate Entrepreneur, a Certified Professional Manager and Administrator and a certified Facility Manager all of which he does excellently.

He has acquired amongst others awards of consciousness for excellence from corporate and public entities both at home and abroad.
