Dr. Femi Oshofowora

Dr. Femi Oshofowora is a dynamic and versatile young man with a validated track record in Real Estate, Facility Management, and Strategy Development. One of the things that separates Femi from the pack is his focused, driven attitude to getting results, especially in the face of overwhelming challenges. He encourages his team to stay focused and provides the required leadership throughout such phases.

Femi is the Chief Executive Officer of Mbraiz Innovations Limited, Mbraiz Facility Management Limited, and Xcellentluk Limited, all part of the household name now referred to as the Mbraiz Group of Companies. His vision to see other young entrepreneurs grow gave birth to the annual Emerge Conference which convenes every year.

Femi is a global Conference Speaker and a motivational speaker who walks the talk. He is skilled in Strategy Planning, Strategy Development, Negotiation, Property Development, and Property Consultancy. He is a graduate of accounting, a certified real estate entrepreneur, a certified professional manager, and an administrator. He also bagged his Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Commonwealth University in affiliation with London Graduate School, United Kingdom.

He has acquired, among other things, awards of consciousness for excellence from corporate and public entities both at home and abroad.
