By filling and submitting this application, I become a Mbraiz Innovations Subscriber. As a subscriber, I hereby acknowledge my obligation to fulfil my payments, outright or in instalments based on my chosen payment plan as at when due.

I acknowledge the right of Mbraiz Innovations Limited to revoke any plot(s) due to me if I fail, refuse or neglect to pay as stipulated after three (3) consecutive months.

I hereby acknowledge that all information as provided is true. If any information provided is found to be false, I will be disqualified from the allotment. The Management of Mbraiz Innovations Limited also has the right to nullify my investment with the company if it discovers that my source of funding is fraudulent and will not hesitate to report such to Nigeria's Security Agencies.

Mbraiz Innovations does not buy back. Any subscriber is at liberty to sell their plot(s). This however is done and overseen by Mbraiz Innovations Limited. A resale of land(s)/investment(s) belonging to any subscriber attracts a 10% administrative charge. While we help facilitate the resale of your plot(s) based on your request, this service attracts 20% of the sales price. Mbraiz Innovations Limited has no control over the period it will take for the resale to take place.

Mbraiz Innovations Limited does not refund. If for any reason a subscriber demands for a refund of any payment, the Management of Mbraiz Innovations Limited reserves the right to provide ONLY 50% of the total payment made and this is subject to the availability of funds within 90 days.

Any withdrawal of interest on the land paid for will only be entertained within three (3) months of subscription and will attract a 10% severance fee and an additional 20% administrative charge respectively.

Mbraiz Innovations Limited does the registration for all documents.
